The end of summer’s approaching, but that’s no excuse to abandon your health and wellness goals. Staying fit is a year-round enterprise. Staying healthy not only acts as a deterrent to stress and additional visits to the doctor, it helps you maintain a more balanced life, and lifestyle. Staying fit gives you the energy to participate in family activities, social events, weekend pickup games and spontaneous feats of stamina and endurance.

Our PCW training is like insurance, it’s always better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it!
The Pit Crew Warriors Defense Fitness Bootcamp & Personal Training workshops are designed to keep it simple and keep you motivated.
Workshops meet for one hour three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) at 531 N. Howard St. Alexandria VA. Foxchase club house, the gyms or tennis courts depending upon the weather, availability and number of participants for both women and men.
The Pit Crew Warriors (PCW) philosophy is built upon the simple concept of hard work equals results. Our no-nonsense approach takes it back to basics. No fads, no gimmicks, no expensive exercise equipment or complicated dance routines. Our Training serves as both an opportunity to strengthen and redefine ones body images as well as build confidence in ones ability to defend themselves if needed, as our training is based on Martial Principals to ignite the Warrior Spirit.
You’ll get both the physical and nutritional support you need. You’ll also find a community that embraces the same ideals as PCW is dedicated to building the foundation for a healthier unified community, and social network to assist in creating a more secure, confident and happier living environment.
