The journey to “Wellness” is a rewarding one for anyone that commits to the process. Obviously weight is an easy burden to accumulate but not to take off. Working with LaVelle has given me the determination to “Burn the Goo.” The days that I’m not with him, I repeat those words and push myself that much harder. His technique is inspiring and placid. He’s not the type of trainer that yells and humiliates you but instead encourages you to get the job done by expressing the power within each and every one of us. I remember getting started and very proud of a motivational “fat” poster I made and put on my refrigerator. It was a plethora of “Fat” women along with an affirmation of strength and will power… Lavelle said, “Why don’t you make a poster with bodies that reflect where you want to be, these women are a sign that you see yourself as fat.” He was right. The relationship I have established with myself since working with Lavelle is one of love, patience and acceptance. This approach makes the journey a lot more enjoyable than beating up on myself or having a trainer degrade and humiliate me. With this type of overall “work consciousness” you can’t help but to succeed.
Peace N Luv!

My name is Andaiye, I’m fifty-one years old. I have been physically active all of my life. When I turned forty most of my physical activity stopped. I knew I needed to stay active but I continued to do nothing. At fifty I really started to feel unhealthy even though I was a vegetarian. I found a Vintagefine flyer and called Andre, this was the beginning of my new body. Vintagefine has taught me that fitness is not a fad or trend and has become a way of life for me. I work out five days a week and I feel great. This is the first time in my life that I understand that exercising is not something you do to just loose weight or to fit into a dress but a lifestyle.
Thank you Vintagefine for changing my life.
